e-Registers of industrial property enable access to information from public registers of industrial property in accordance
with regulations on industrial property protection in the Republic of Croatia.
Information in e-Registers of industrial property refer to the information on applications and granted industrial property rights
in the territory of the Republic of Croatia based on national protection system and international protection system of trademarks
and industrial design (the so-called Madrid and Hague system), excluding information on applications and rights granted on the basis
of single systems for the entire territory of the European Union (European Union trademarks and registered designs – EUTM and RCD)
available in corresponding registers of the European Union Intellectual Property Office.
e-Registers can be accessed with no prior registration and they can be used free of charge.
Due to the prescribed previous official publications of certain information, these data are available in e-Registers only after
their publication. The data are updated in accordance with the dynamics of the publication of the official gazette, fortnightly.
Information in e-Registers refer to the following industrial property rights:
- Patents
- Utility models
- Supplementary Protection Certificate for Medicines and Plant Protection Products
- Topographies of Semiconductor Products
- Trademarks
- Industrial design
- Geographical indications and designations of origin registered with the Office
Patents and Utility Models
The available information refer to:
- Published patent applications in a national procedure
- Patents granted in a national procedure
- European patents entered into the national register
- Registered utility models
The documents of published patent applications, patents and utility models consist of a first page with bibliographic data,
and a description of the invention, (abstract), patent claims and drawings.
Supplementary Protection Certificate for Medicines and Plant Protection Products (SPC)
The available information refer to:
- Published requests for certificates to be issued
- Supplementary protection certificates including information on extension of their duration.
Topographies of Semiconductor Products
The available information refer to:
- Registered topographies of semiconductor products.
Trademarks
The available information refer to:
- Published applications in a national procedure
- Registered trademarks in a national procedure

International trademark registrations (according to the so-called Madrid system) designating the Republic of
Croatia as a State in which their protection is sought or granted or originate in its territory.
Industrial Design
The available information refer to:
- Published registered industrial design (including applications for industrial forms, filed in the period from 1 January 2000 until 31 December 2003 according to the then valid Act on Industrial Form)
- International industrial design registrations (according to the so-called Hague system) designating the Republic of Croatia as a State in which their protection is sought or granted
Geographical Indications and Designations of Origin for Products and Services registered with the Office*
The available information refer to:
- Published applications and registered indications
- Registered rights of using the indications.
